Initiate a Refund transaction on the Main Menu.
Insert the refund amount and press Done.
Enter the Refund password and press Done. If you are not sure about your refund password, contact your store manager, or our Customer Support team if you want to reset your refund password.
Request your customer to present their card on the contactless card reader.
Once the card has been presented, the terminal will start processing the refund.
When the refund is processed on the terminal, it will be sent to the card issuer (Host) for approval.
The terminal will advise if the refund has been approved.
