A refund transaction can be used for any:
- Returned goods purchased that are accepted under your returns policy
- Services that are terminated or cancelled
- Incorrect amount charged
Note: Your password will be set up at the time of terminal installation. If you’re unsure of your password, please contact the Customer Support team.
Press Menu on the home screen, and press 1 for Transaction
Press 3 for Refund
Enter refund amount and press Refund
Enter your refund password and press Enter
Request your customer to tap, insert or swipe their card
Request customer to select an account
Request customer to enter their PIN and press Enter
An Approved acknowledgement displays once the sale has been successfully processed and the merchant receipt will print automatically
