As a partner, please access the Gateway platform via gateway.tillpayments.com/en/admin/login.
Click Connectors for the merchant (Merchants under Merchant Configuration on the navigation panel).
Click Details.
Click Connectors and Users.
Click Edit.
Generate Password by clicking Generate.
Copy the Username and Password and click Save User.
Note: Make sure to copy the Password before clicking ‘Save User’, as clicking ‘Save User’ will clear the Password.
