If the receipt paper is not printing, or printing slowly on your Ingenico Move5000 terminal, you can consider taking the below actions:
Please check the battery life on your terminal (located at the top right of the screen). If the battery level is critically low, it may result in slower or non-functioning printing capabilities for the printer. Charge your terminal and the terminal should start printing again.
Please ensure that the paper roll is inserted correctly. Verify that a sufficient length of the receipt paper has been pulled out of the terminal, and make sure that the side of the paper facing towards the screen is the one that was pulled out.
- Open the printer lid and check if there are any missing/broken components. Try spinning the receipt rolls to ensure smooth movement and pulling of the paper.
