How to process a refund on an Integrated PAX A80 terminal

Initiate a Refund transaction and insert the amount on the POS screen.

Enter the refund password and press Done.

If you are not sure about your refund password, contact your store manager, or submit a request on the Help Centre if you want to reset your refund password.

Request your customer to present their card on the contactless card reader.

Once the card has been presented, the terminal will start processing the refund.

When the refund has been processed on the terminal, it will be sent to the card issuer (Host) for approval.

The terminal will advise if the refund has been approved.
