Temporary maintenance window
The VostroPay Merchant Portal will be temporarily unavailable between 2:30pm to 6:00pm AEST on Saturday, 13 September, 2025. Access will be restored once the maintenance is complete. For real-time updates, please check out the VostroPay status page.
What’s changing
AMEX data visibility
For selected merchants with an AMEX ID, AMEX data will no longer be displayed in TMP.
Impacted merchants have been notified directly via email (with affected MIDs listed).
Full AMEX transaction data remains available via the Nuvei Merchant Portal:

2. Funding remitter name
The funding remitter name on your settlement statements will be updated to: Nuvei MS
This is a naming change only and does not affect your settlement schedule or amounts.
